欢乐中秋晚会

金山花园将在 2012年9月22日(星期六)于花园中心举办中秋晚会。晚会将于6:30PM开始。当晚，我们将会有一系列的特别节目，包括了:
i) 精彩的儿童游戏，
ii) 参与制造PIZZA过程(限于12岁以下的儿童参与)，
iii) 幸运抽奖，
iv) 及提灯笼游行。
借此，希望金山花园的居民可以彼此互相认识及交流，希望大家踊跃参加。

晚会的主要食物:POTLUCK
因经费有限，敬请各位除了参与以外，也希望能赞助一些食物。

Happiness Mooncake Festival

PHRA is organizing a Moon Cake Festival at the playground on 22nd Sep 2012 (Sat). The event will start at 6:30PM and we have specially prepared some exciting programs such as the following:
i) Games,
ii) The PIZZA making show (children below 12 years old can take part and enjoy the process)
iii) Lucky draw,
iv) Walk around the garden with lantern
We hope this will be a very good opportunity for everyone to know each other.

Temporary Car Sticker

Dear Resident,

Currently, without access card and guard house, it is not easy for our security to recognize intruders. Especially when not all the residents paying the security fees and having the car sticker for Taman Puchong Hartamas.

As temporary solutions to tighten up our Taman Security after discussion with the security company:
i) Security will provides a temporary car sticker to all the residents. If you have 2 cars at home, please ask for 2 car stickers when you meet them.

ii) Security will escort your visitor to your home to make sure no "fake" visitors.

As we live in the same Taman, please provide a full support for our security also and kindly SLOW DOWN your vehicles BEFORE you enter the entrance. It just another few seconds waiting time ONLY.

Signatory Campaign 2012

Dear Residents,

Recently the PHRA committee has been going door to door to get your signatory as a support for the few items which they have show to you during the visit.

Below are the contents regarding the objectives of the campaign.

For the betterment of the Puchong Hartamas resident, the committee members are taking group signatory in order to facilitate the application from the relevant government bodies, such as MPSJ on the purposes as stated below. As a resident of the Taman Puchong Hartamas Fasa 1, should you agree to all the below purposes kindly sign with your contact number and IC numbers.

1. To retain the existing brick wall fencing within the Taman Puchong Hartamas Fasa 1 and agreed to the application for this fencing to be legalized.

2. To apply the T.O.L. (Temporary Occupancy Licence) in order to build the new guard house; which shall meet the safety standard as well as compliance to the government's requirements.

3. To hang security tag/plat on the gate of the resident house for those who opt for security services.

4. To develop the “Kawasan Lapang” near IWK sewerage plant into a recreational area or playground for the benefits of PH residents. This is because at present the “Kawasan Lapang” has tall grass and unleveled land area which is also the breeding ground for snakes, bees and dengue mosquito.
