To make your complaint more effective, it is advisable to
- Lodge your complaint in writing for record purposes
- Complaint to be accompanied with photographs, as the saying goes: “picture paints a thousand words’
- Once you have lodged a complaint with MPSJ, you should follow-up with them until the complaint is resolved i.e. follow-up with the respective department "Pegawai MPSJ"
- If there is no results, then you may contact your JKP member for assistance
