Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya provides the following ways for you to forward your complaint:-

Channel 3
Through MPSJ website at http://www.mpsj.gov.my/  berdaftar bersama My@MPSJ at http://ocps.mpsj.gov.my/cms/signup.jsp

Email your complaint to  mpsj@mpsj.gov.my

Channel 5
Write in to Majlis Perbandaran Subang JayaPersiaran Perpaduan USJ 5,47610 Subang Jaya,Selangor Darul Ehsan

Based on MPSJ website, they are supposed to get back to you in 14 working days.

To make your complaint more effective, it is advisable to 

• Lodge your complaint in writing for record purposes
• Complaint to be accompanied with photographs, as the saying goes: “picture paints a thousand words’
• Once you have lodged a complaint with MPSJ, you should follow-up with them until the complaint is resolved i.e. follow-up with the respective department "Pegawai MPSJ" 
• If there is no results, then you may contact your JKP member for assistance

Moon Cake Festival 2013 : Blissful Lantern

Dear Residents,

The moon cake festival is approaching soon and it has always been an event that most of us look forward to. It's time to get together again and share our laughter while the children have fun, playing with lanterns and games.
For this year, PHRA has lined up the event and activities as follows:-

Date: 7th Sept 2013, Saturday
Venue: Playground

Programme
6.00 pm - Fun activities for Children
7.00 pm - Opening Speeches
7.15 pm - Dinner is served : Hawker foods and pot luck
7.45 pm - Games & Lucky draw
8.30 pm - Lantern parade
9.30 pm - Lucky draw / End

Admission:      Open to all residents, relatives and friends
Joining Fee:     Adults: RM5.00
                        Children (Aged 6 to 12): RM2.00
                        Senior Citizen: Free


Leaflet will be dropped into your mail box within this week for registration with the appointed Road Representative by 8th August 2013. Details of sponsorship in terms of lucky gift and pot luck food is provided in the leaflet as well which you can download  HERE

Alternatively, you may register with full payment on-the-spot at the Playground on the dates below from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.

MPSJ Kaunter Bergerak - August 2013

Berembun Waterfall, Klau Pahang - Sweet Memories

On 21st July 2013, a total of 43 Taman Puchong Hartamas residents embarked on a adventurous one-day trip to Klau Pahang.

Despite the tiring bus-ride to the destination, it was a splendid day out into the rural town experiencing 4-wheel drive ride along the muddy terrain, insights into the processing of peanut and bean curd.
The food was simply delicious and exceeded our expectations.

Well, there's a saying a picture is worth a thousand words. Here goes...
